EMPLOYEE RELATIONS MANAGER

ENTERPRISE BUSINESS MANAGER, NEW YORK

SUMMARY: The Enterprise Business Manager will establish new and maintain existing client relationships. The emphasis will be on generating new business/revenue within specified organizations. Incumbents must have the ability to explore clients' business issues, articulate value propositions, manage opportunities through the sales pipeline and ultimately increase revenue within these companies. They must also seek to meet clients' operational, financial, technical and business requirements by aligning them with services and solutions that meet those needs.
The Company¡¦s Enterprise Business Managers have the strategic objective of maximizing revenue generation within very large, tier-one Enterprise accounts and large Government organizations. Given the importance of penetrating the top-tier accounts, these individuals will be assigned to a select number of prospects and existing clients with the purpose of cold calling, prospect qualification, strategic sales process planning, exploring and closing all revenue opportunities.
Qualified candidates will be proven executive-level sales professionals with a strong working knowledge of selling Security or Compliance Software and Solution Services to CXO of Global 2000 organizations. The Channel Manager will be responsible for growing Guidance revenue within the North American region through the proactive management of Resellers, and focused business development activities. The primary objective of this role is sustained and consistent licence fee growth within a defined territory. The ideal candidate will have excellent business development and presentation skills, and the ability to continuously assess business opportunities, review market conditions, and deliver updates internally and externally to help synthesize business development plans.

The successful candidate must have a proven track record of managing complex sales situations through Resellers, and have had substantial success in developing new markets and establishing a comprehensive indirect channel. This individual will be required to thoroughly understand the Guidance product set, its unique value and positioning.

They will be responsible for the development of territory business plans, measurement of channel success, identification of potential competitors, planning and participating in targeted seminars, industry conferences, and trade shows. The successful candidate will maintain strong working relationships internally with marketing and product management, and externally with partners, market influencers, systems integrators and customers. They will also need to monitor the latest innovations in the information security market and assess their potential impact on company product lines.
